Have you wondered why you might not be able to take the first step into on-line marketing? Have you attempted the first step only to fall or stumble and then hesitate to try again? The intent of this article is to help you take the first step and should you fall, be able to get up and try again.

Let me tell you a story about me and maybe it will help you to take the first step. I have been a person who has been a lurker of on-line marketing for many years. I have bought several programs and I have tried to implement a few. It was like taking that first step and stumbling/falling. Generally when this happened I would put the program aside thinking that it was to blame for my failure. I would then wait until the next program came along and then more money out of pocket. A few feeble attempts to make the program work and the same stumble or fall.

Over the years I have spent more money than I should and become more frustrated. I have realized however, that the fault was not so much the program I used. Even if the program did not have all the tools needed to make the process as smooth as it could be. It was actually my fault that I stumbled.

There is no magic pill. There is no perfect program and there certainly is no program for the person not willing to put forth the effort to become successful. That is what I was looking for and my mindset was set to stumble. So, I changed my mindset and I was fortunate enough to find a program that is good for me. It is like having a helping hand that protects me from falling too hard. It guides me around most of the obstacles and if I am willing to listen, learn, and apply the techniques I will not be taking just the first steps. I am walking and finding satisfaction in what I do. And I can see in the near future the ability to be a successful Internet marketer.

You too can take the first step and the second and then begin to walk with confidence. Do not look for the magic pill but use the skills that you have. Be willing to learn, apply, follow directions, and be committed to making Internet Marketing a success.

If we can only remember the lessons that we learn from the young child that begins to walk. There will be a few falls and stumbles along the way. As they become more confident, they reach out to the hands helping them and they learn to hold onto what ever will steady them. They are committed to walking and within a short period of time they are successful.

You too can become a walker and get beyond the first steps. When that happens, you will feel so good and nothing will stop you from also becoming a successful Internet marketer.
